01Scope and working model

Lodose provides Sales & Operations CRM, Excavation CRM, web design and WhatsApp/Chatbot automation services to businesses. No online purchase, payment or subscription is started through this website. Sales run through a demo call, a written tailored proposal, and a service agreement signed by both parties.

Pre-publication checkthe legal entity name, address and registry details must be added by the company, and this text must be verified by legal counsel.

02Proposal and pricing

Prices are set in the proposal according to scope, user count, modules and project requirements. Nothing published on the site is a price commitment. Proposals are binding for the validity period stated on them.

03Contract and payment

Scope, payment plan, invoicing and any renewal terms are set in the signed agreement. No card details are collected or stored through this site.

Pre-publication checkpayment methods (bank transfer etc.), invoicing and any renewal model must be confirmed against actual company practice.

04Performance

Services are performed digitally: environment preparation, setup and configuration, data migration where agreed, training and go-live. Details are on the Delivery & Performance Terms page.

05Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the signed agreement; the general principles are on the Cancellation & Refund Policy page.

06Personal data

Personal data shared during sales is processed under the Privacy Policy.
